Alex Rothery: I’ll miss seeing his friendly face when I need to pay a cheque in. (Comment on our story about Uckfield bank manager Richard Page taking early retirement,Monday, October 20)
Paul Smith: Hi, I’ve only recently come across the Uckfield News website and just wanted to send you a quick message, to say how good I thought your site is. I’ve been checking the site daily and since then, I’m so much better informed with all the local news stories. Your articles are very detailed, yet also concise and easy to read. In fact, it’s just what the Uckfield area has needed for sometime now. A big well done! Long may it continue and flourish. (Message received Friday, October 17)
