The firm, which has offices in Church Street and High Street, Uckfield, has a number of client service initiatives, including extended opening hours, a client loyalty card and Saturday morning opening, all to reach a common goal as set out in its mission statement, which is to “shine” as a firm and provide exceptional client service every time.
Dawson Hart’s satisfaction questionnaires over the last three years confirm that 99.7% of their clients were so happy with the service they received, they would instruct the solicitors again.
