Uckfield Rugby Club will be presenting the pantomime Aladdin at Uckfield College on Friday and Saturday, February 28, and 29.
There are three performances, one on the Friday at 7.30pm and two on the Saturday at 2.30pm and 7.30pm.
The club says you’ll be able to laugh at the Twankys and swoon with Jasmine; be amazed by the genie, frightened by the Vizier and stunned by the magician. “There’s definitely something here for all the family.”
Like all pantomimes, Aladdin is a battle between good and evil and good usually comes out on top. There’s singing and dancing to tunes new and old and lots of jokes and laughter from beginning to end. It’s suitable for all ages, and there will be a licenced bar too.
The panto was scripted by Derek Tuffley, as was the club’s Robin Hood which was a roaring success last year.
