Decoration under way at Carvills
Work is continuing in the Carvills showroom to ensure customers and friends feel safe when the shop reopens.
A new wall has been built to separate the fabric, blind and wallpaper showroom from the rest of the shop and decoration is under way.
Uckfield Preservation Society charity shop
The charity shop run by the Uckfield & District Preservation Society in Uckfield High Street will reopen on Monday, June 15.
The shop will conform to Government guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
Arrangements are also being made to receive and process donations for the Preservation Society charity shop at Bridge Cottage, where there is more space, rather than the shop itself. More details will be available when this can happen.
• Regular markets run at Bridge Cottage remain suspended because safety cannot be ensured at the moment.
