Uckfield businessman Derek Crowson makes charity donations

Two new donations have been made to charity by Uckfield businessman Derek Crowson, through his Derek Crowson Charitable Trust.

The founder of Crowson Fabrics has given money to St Giles Church in Horsted Keynes where parishioners have been fund-raising to refurbish the neighbouring Martindale Centre.

Mr Crowson has also made a donation to the Military Para-Rowing team, row2recovery.com which is raising money to make a second attempt for an amputee military crew to row unaided across the Atlantic this winter.
