Two youths to appear in court after Uckfield police action at the weekend

Two youths are to appear in court because they returned to Uckfield after being asked to leave by police.police-jacket-sign

Police say they conducted “pro-active controls” over the weekend and dispersed a number of youths who were acting in anti-social manner within Uckfield.

They added: “These youths were dispersed using our powers under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

“Subsequently two youths, who cannot be named, returned against the direction to leave and as such have been charged to court.”
