A new timetable for the Uckfield Line is now in use, having been introduced yesterday (Sunday). It is broadly similar to the previous pattern of service but there a few slight changes, so it is worth checking before travelling.
It also marks the start of an earlier weekday service from Uckfield – the 05:18 which arrives at London Bridge at 06:23 – calling at Buxted, Crowborough, Eridge, Cowden, Edenbridge Town, Oxted and East Croydon.
The previous early service at 05:45 remains in the timetable with more peak-time, weekday trains departing at 06:32, 07:08, 07:34 and 08:04.
A “clock face” series of departures at 34 minutes past the hour then follows until the 16:33, 17:03, 17:32, 17:58, 18:32, 19:00 and 19:33, 20:04 .
The 34 minutes past the hour pattern follows for the day’s final three trains with the last departure at 22:34.
Services from London Bridge to Uckfield are again broadly similar to the previous timetable. You are again advised to check before travelling.
