Uckfield Pie which has been re-introduced to the town by Cheese Etc now comes in family sizes, rather than slices, and you will find Sussex Kitchen sour dough breads for sale which shop owners Martin Sergison and Sharon Douglas say goes so well with their product lines.
Look out for Uckfield blend coffee and favourite Christmas cheeses, including Wensleydale and white Stilton with fruit, and novelty lines such as cheese in different colours making up a dart board design.
Other delicacies, such as pates and terrines, including fois gras from France are for sale there too.
Cheese Etc will be opening seven days a week from Sunday (December 11) and will be open until 2pm on Christmas Eve before closing for four days and re-opening on Thursday, December 29.
Josefina is open seven days a week
Fresh stock keeps arriving at Josefina in Uckfield High Street and new this Christmas is a range from a new supplier in Denmark.

On the menu at Hartfields
There are new cakes to try at Hartfields, including new Rocky Road treats where the recipe includes chocolate, marshmallows, shortbread and sultanas. Try Clementine Christmas cake too.
Dinner specials include traditional roast turkey, saute roast potato, seasonal vegetables, chestnut and cranberry stuffing and gravy; braised pork belly with crackling, buttered mash, seasonal greens, apple sauce and cider gravy; sea bass fillets with sweet chilli and crayfish risotto, roasted tomatoes and rocket dressing.
On the main menu, starters include Thai fishcakes with Asian salad and sweet chilli mayonnaise, and chicken, bacon and pistachio terrine with red onion marmalade.
Mains include wild mushroom, chestnut and spinach linguine; beef bourguignon, rosemary and garlic roasted new potato, crispy onions; honey and thyme glazed carrots and squash.
There are fish, salad and burger options too.
