Bridge Cottage launches its new monthly Cottage Market tomorrow. It will be open from 9am to 2pm and, weather permitting, there will be stalls inside and out.
On sale will be jams and chutneys, Indian food, soap and beauty products, hats, handcrafted glassware and pewter castings, and much more. Read all about it here.
Also tomorrow there’s an afternoon of Asana, breathing practices, meditation and deep relaxation, at an Opening the Heart – Compassion and Forgiveness workshop, at Uckfield Yoga Studio.
Then on Sunday at the yoga studio there’s a Mindfulness Retreat Day.
On Friday, March 13, you can learn how to Create Recycled Sculptures From Your Rubbish in a craft course organised at Newick by Adult College for Rural East Sussex (Acres).
