Piltdown-based Neva Consultants has chalked up success at two industry awards ceremonies as it prepares to celebrate 25 years of trading.
The company, which offers contract hire, vehicle finance and fleet management consultancy services won two Small Fleet Leasing Federation awards in December, and more awards at the LeasePlan Ltd t/a Network Annual Conference last week.
The Small Fleet Leasing Federation awards were for Best Leasing Broker 1,000-4000 Annual Vehicle Sales and another for Best Leasing Broker Customer Service up to 4,000 Vehicle Sales.
Neva Consultants’ senior partner Graham Prince said he was very proud of those awards because they were judged by industry peers. The company was up against all leasing brokers throughout the UK.
At the LeasePlan Ltd t/a Network Annual Conference Neva started by winning Broker of the Year for deliveries of 250 to 1,000 with Network alone, in 2016.
The award was judged on sales growth year on year, and on factors including quality of documentation, breadth of products supplied and overall standards adhered to.
Also taken into account was the politeness and efficiency demonstrated by staff in dealing with LeasePlan on a day-to-day basis.
The company then went forward against two other category winners – 25 to 250 deliveries, and 1,000 units and over – and won the Lease Plan t/a Network Franchisee of the Year 2016.
Mr Prince said he was “shocked but absolutely delighted” to win this award.
He added: “These double successes at these events are a great honour and achievement for Neva Consultants.
“They are a testament of our focus on good quality customer service, understanding our customers’ needs, and how we ensure customers are aware of all the benefits of leasing, enabling them to make informed decisions around their individual business circumstances.”
He praised Neva staff and said it was even more special to win the awards as the company will be celebrating 25 years of trading in April.
First class service
Mr Prince said: “It means we have not become stale. We endeavour to innovate, always with an aim to deliver a first class service.
“Testament to this is that we have a number of customers who have been with us since day one.
“As our customers have grown so have we, and together we have navigated through the legislation rules and tax changes around running a fleet. We are excited for what the next 25 years will throw at us.”
