People are invited to request them by email and then download, keep, and share them with family or friends.
The meditations include:
- The STOP practice – a short grounding meditation that can be used as a pause in the day
- Coronavirus x Calming the Mind – a short grounding meditation
- Connection Practice – particularly useful to remind us we are all in this together.
- Compassion Meditation – brings our relationships to mind and includes a loving-kindness practice.

“The course includes 22 hours of teaching, course handbook, weekly guided meditations, six-hour mindfulness retreat day, and on-going email or telephone support.
“I will also be offering free mindfulness taster sessions and practice sessions for the more experienced. If you would like to register your interest in any of these now, please get in touch.”
