Uckfield estate agent Mansell McTaggart has won a Gold Trusted Service award after being rated for delivering exceptional experiences by customers.
The award is run by Feefo, a review platform used by more than 3,500 brands such as Next, Vauxhall, Iceland, Mazda, Expedia and JCB, to collect insights into how their business is viewed.
Feefo says Trusted Service status is awarded only to businesses that use the platform to collect genuine reviews and which meet a high standard based on the number of reviews collected and their average rating.
Feefo says: “A highly-valued badge of approval, this accreditation remains unique, as it is based purely on the interactions with real customers.
“As all reviews are verified as genuine, the accreditation is a true reflection of a business’s commitment to outstanding service.”
The organisation has given Gold Trusted Service awards to businesses which have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1 and December 31, 2019, with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 4.9.
