Kane Caulfield, managing director of View Homes, hammers into place a signboard advertising the Nativity on Tour which takes place in Uckfield next week.
Boards have gone up reminding people about a Nativity tour taking place in Uckfield next week.
King’s Church and the Baptist Church are organising the event which will feature a float carrying Mary and Joseph, accompanied by wise men, shepherds, and Christmas carols.
Townspeople are invited to watch from windows and doorsteps, pavements, and gardens, or anywhere at a safe distance.
Two days
The float will be out over two days, Friday, December 18, and Saturday, December 19, and View Homes estate agents are helping to signpost the streets to be visited.
Those streets include:
Friday, December 18: Rocks Park, Hunters Way, Nevill Road, Roman Way, Downsview Crescent, Tesco Express and Browns Lane.
Saturday, December 19: Harlands Farm and West Park, and possibly other places.
Support
Kane Caulfield, managing director of View Homes, who helped put up the boards said: “View Homes are delighted to support the Nativity on Tour.
“The boards we have put up are to help signpost the streets the Nativity float will tour, and to promote the event more widely across Uckfield so that as many people as possible will be able to enjoy it.
“It is a privilege to be able to help, and we really look forward to seeing the Nativity as it tours by.”
