Lampon Lets will continue to work with landlords and tenants throughout lockdown.
The Uckfield High Street business made a pledge at the start of the Coronavirus pandemic: ‘Always here for you’ and they plan to keep to the promise throughout the second lockdown and beyond.
The independently owned letting agent has remained working and contactable throughout this year.
Director Dominic Harris said the agency’s adaptable nature and high-tech systems were central to providing consistency of service and support.
“Lampon Lets understands today’s discerning landlords and tenants. We’ve structured our business and invested in technologies so we can meet – and almost invariably surpass – their expectations,” he said.
Round the clock
“Those using our services appreciate they can contact us round the clock – that we’ll arrange viewings or carry out property appraisals, even out of hours.”
Lampon Lets ensures that in-depth, high-quality online viewings are available on their state-of-the-art website. They’ve also introduced procedures that enable landlords and tenants to review and sign contracts online.
“From November 5 until December 2, people will be able to get in touch with us as normal,” added Dominic. ‘We’ll be marketing properties and arranging viewings, both virtual and in person – with recommended Covid precautions, of course.
“Rental payments will be processed on a daily basis – and we’ll be dealing with essential maintenance and management issues 24/7, as usual.”
