The busy construction firm works for many of the main construction companies in the Kent, Sussex and Surrey areas and has numerous sites under construction at this time.
Due to an unprecedented period of growth the company is now looking for the right person to join the team in a newly-built office. Initially this would be a part time position of three days a week but this could expand going forward.
Duties are varied but include general administration duties, such as filing, photocopying and dealing with general correspondence. There would be a requirement to assist the surveyor with the printing and lamination of drawings required on site, along with some of the valuation paperwork.
In addition there would be other tasks allocated as requested by the office manager. Attention to detail is required as accurate record keeping is paramount.
