The Iron House gym is celebrating its first anniversary in Uckfield and owners Carol and Colin Care are delighted with the way the business is going.

They now have more than 240 members with some paying per visit and others as regulars.

As better weather arrives there’s great interest in massive tyres which can be flipped in the car park while inside, new equipment is introduced regularly. Most recently punch bags have arrived.

New to the team at The Iron House, which can be found at Unit 1, 52-60 Bell Lane, is personal trainer Jake Scanlon, who also visits clients the length and breadth of the country.

Carol said: “We are very pleased with the way the first year has gone and are looking forward to the future. If people would like to come along to see the facilities we offer they would be very welcome.”
