Lawson Commercial are marketing an industrial unit at Palehouse Common which was formerly used for collecting scrap metal.
The building, part of the Knights Business Centre, at Squires Farm Industrial Estate, has consent for general industrial use and the necessary licences for collecting scrap metal.
It has a gross internal area of 2,054 sq ft, with three to four car spaces, and is available on a new lease at £15,500 a year.
Lawson Commercial says a tenant can potentially be in occupation quite quickly upon signing the agreement and parting with a rent deposit.
The commercial agent says: “It is unusual to have a building with the right licences, so it could appeal to someone who wants to do a small amount of recycling or similar, although there is no yard space with this unit.”
