Nick Holdcroft from Horlock Holdcroft Financial Advisors told members of Uckfield Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday about a new addition to their business.
Automatic Enrolment Solutions has been formed to accommodate the rapidly expanding workplace pension element of their business which provides automatic enrolment services and solutions for small and medium enterprises.
He said their costs for setting up, and implementing, a workplace pension scheme were the same whether companies employed one person or 200 – £710, and from as little as £35 a month to manage it. And he offered Chamber members a 15% discount on the scheme set up charge which would bring the cost down to £600.
He said their workplace pension solutions were designed to enable employers to hand over responsibility for setting up a pension scheme and for managing it, thereby allowing them to go off and manage their businesses.
In addition Automatic Enrolment Solutions is offering a service, free of charge, whereby they can act as ‘Secondary Contact’ for employers. This means that they will be able to receive copies of all communications issued to employers by The Pensions Regulator enabling them to alert employers to take action as and when necessary.
“This could be done at no cost for anybody, regardless of whether you go onto use our service later on,” he added.
