Fuller and Scott funeral director Emma Naylor is undertaking a fitness challenge to raise funds for charity.
She aims to do 2,000 burpees – a two-part exercise, a push up followed by a leap in the air – during November to boost funds for Bone Cancer Research Trust.
Emma, who is also a personal trainer, is already getting ready for the challenge and she hopes people will support her efforts by donating to the cause.
Emma said: “Mainly I would like to raise awareness of the Bone Cancer Research Trust and I’m asking for support and donations. I wanted to find a challenge that would be exactly that, a challenge for me to try to complete, and also to help this charity.”
