Framfield schoolchildren bake cakes for Children in Need

Framfield schoolchildren baked cakes to sell in aid of Children in Need yesterday and dressed up as superheroes or wore spotty outfits to mark the special day.

The school council came up with the idea and the children were helped with the cooking by Mrs Pat Neal.

There was a colourful display of the finished cakes yesterday which were sold along with tea. There was also a sale of nearly-new children’s clothes.
