Former Chapter Three boutique premises let in Uckfield High Street

An Uckfield shop which used to be occupied by Chapter Three boutique has been let by chartered surveyors Oldfield Smith & Co.

The premises, at 176 High Street, are currently being re-fitted and a sign outside says The Health Hub is coming soon.

Chapter Three closed at the end of June. The owner Kay Bevan had first launched her business as Tres Joli at 21a High Street focussing on lingerie.

Demand

Next she opened Joli Couture in bigger premises at 75 High Street before launching Chapter Three at 176 after the lease at number 75 came to an end.

Director Richard Oldfield said there continued to be a good demand for smaller retail units in Uckfield and Wealden District in general.

If you have space available and are looking for tenants the commercial agents would be pleased to hear from you on 01825 762222.
