Fluffy Side Up, the carpet business previously on the Bellbrook Estate, Uckfield, has moved premises.
The company now has its offices and warehouse at Palehouse Common and offers a home selection service rather than being showroom-based.
Owner Sebastian Bishop said they have the same range of carpets and flooring, the same fitters, and the same service, but all offered at a more competitive price because the business doesn’t have the same overheads.
He said: “We can guide you through a great selection of samples, offer advice on all floor preparations and help you find the perfect choice of floorings to suit your needs.
“We can also measure up provide quotes on site, take a deposit and do all the paperwork while with you so that you are well on the way to having the carpet, or other flooring, fitted.”
Sebastian said that the question most asked by customers following the move was what had happened to the sheep that used to be outside the Uckfield showroom.
He is able to reassure them that the sheep are fine and are settled into the new business premises.
