FSK is a premier school for karate and kickboxing which includes character development in its martial arts training. The training is used to enhance confidence, discipline to help control behaviour, and mental control over the body. Classes are held on Mondays, at 4.30pm, for children aged three years plus and 5pm, six years plus.
