Uckfield Framing helps with Fantastic Beasts exhibition
Uckfield Framing has been framing works for MinaLima, a graphic design duo supplying all the artworks needed in the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films.
The House of MinaLima maintain a permanent exhibition of it works and Uckfield Framing has been working on the latest set from the film Fantastic Beasts 2, The Crimes of Grindelwald.
The works are displayed in four storeys of a building at 26 Greek Street, Soho. There’s no charge for entry, and you can buy prints, posters, stationery accessories and books on the shop on the ground floor.
Uckfield Framing’s tip is to visit mid-week – the weekends get so busy that sometimes they have to allocate time slots.
Gorilla Kustoms – a car window tinting company
New in Uckfield is Gorilla Kustoms, a business launched by Jon Barker, which tints windows on vehicles, in homes and in business premises.
Jon says the great thing about tinted windows is not only the look, but also increased privacy, a reduction in heat and glare and added protection from harmful radiation emitted by the sun.

The gift of yoga
Uckfield Yoga has vouchers for sale if you would like to give a yoga present this Christmas.
Other gift ideas include yoga mats for £12, eye bags, £10, and yoga mat bags, £10. Incense sticks are £1 a box.
The studio will be open with usual classes until Saturday, December 22, and then close for four days.
From Thursday, December 27, there will be a morning class each day until normal service resumes on Thursday, January 3.

Saturday, December 22, 2-5pm, Midwinter Stillness with Richard and Jude, £30.

Three awards scooped by The Picture House
Three awards were scooped by The Picture House at the Uckfield Business Awards and, like Maria Mann, above, owner Kevin Markwick said he was pleased and proud to have won Outstanding Achievement, Business of the Year, and Businessman of the Year.
Topping even that achievement a national award followed for The Picture House when it was named UK Cinema of the Year.
