- Boys Only, Tuesday, April 4, Ridgewood Hall, 6.15-7.15pm
The boys only classes will focus on the skills required to be a strong, dynamic male performer. They include strength, stamina and power; acting and performance skills and co-ordination and dynamics.
School principal Deborah Lamb said they were looking forward to seeing lots of familiar faces at the new classes and they welcomed newcomers keen to learn new skills while having fun in a relaxed environment.
She said dance has been scientifically proven to increase fitness, mental well-being, and bone density while decreasing body mass index and stress levels.
“Wih these numerous benefits, and for only £6 per taster session, try and find time amidst busy day-to-day life to dance.”
Details of each of these classes have been added to the UckfieldEvents.com calendar.
