The couple applying for planning permission to open a soft play centre in Uckfield are hoping people will write to Wealden Council in support of their proposals.
Asa Jago says the latest plan to open the centre at Units 3-5, 52-60 Bell Lane addresses issues raised with a previous planning application for units in New Road, Ridgewood.
He told Uckfield News.com: “We believe the play centre will provide a valuable community resource for Uckfield; offering a safe stimulating play environment for young children, with the addition of our multi-sensory room for children and young adults with learning disabilities.
“The centre will provide a comfortable meeting place for parents to enjoy a coffee whilst the children enjoy the play facilities.”
He added: “We would welcome any support in the form of letters and comments to Wealden planning, these can be made on line at the Wealden planning website, via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or in writing to marked FAO Mr M. Taylor in all cases you will need the application number WD/2013/0175/F.”
