Costa is on the verge of opening a second store in the Uckfield area.
Premises are nearing completion, while next-door a Premier Inn is fast taking shape.
The developments are all at the Ashdown Business Park on the outskirts of Uckfield, just off the A272 at Maresfield, where construction is going on at a number of sites.
The park is rapidly filling with only one area of land left, which could take one or two businesses.
Chris Lawson, partner at commercial agents, Lawson Commercial, which is responsible for marketing sites on the business park, said Costa Coffee was due to open its drive-through on December 11.
The 80-bedroom Premier Inn has a spring opening date pencilled in.
The roof is on for a new HQ for Jemtech, work is advancing on a site for Applications Engineering and groundworks are taking place nearby for a new building for Vega Controls.
Planning permission for Premier Inn and the Drive-Thru Costa was given by Wealden District Council in mid December last year.
