Another rise in Wealden Covid-19 deaths

Covid-19 deaths in Wealden continue to rise, according to the latest data which became available yesterday (June 23).

The figures are up to week-ending June 12.

This website has its own dataset, compiled from the official figures provided by the Office for National Statistics.

It shows the number of Wealden deaths attributed to Coronavirus in the week-ending June 12 was six.

Three occurred in hospital and three were in care homes.

It takes the number of deaths from Covid-19 in Wealden since the pandemic began to 107.

The first death was in week-ending March 20 and the peak was week-ending April 24 when 21 people died.
