The 2016 Uckfield Calendar is due to start landing on doormats across town next week.
This year’s has a sporting theme and pictures, taken by residents, were chosen in a competition run by the town council.
They were revealed in public for the first time last night as prizes were presented by competition judge, photographer Ron Hill, to the winners.
The youngest was 15-year-old Jason Roberts, who lives in Ridgewood and is in Year 10 at Uckfield Community Technology College.
Jason took the September picture, capturing Tour of Britain riders in Uckfield High Street. He was standing in the road near the Applegreen garage when he took it. Jason’s mother Beverley, father Ken and sister Tasha were with him at the presentation ceremony.
Also among winners was Gavin Rainbow, whose pictures have been chosen for five years running to be in the calendar. This time he entered a view over the Victoria Pleasure Ground during an evening cricket practice which represents March in the calendar.
Gavin’s wife Pam was also a winner. Her picture, for November, shows the Sun setting over football practise.
The theme for the 2017 calendar competition will be Our Uckfield and the subject matter can include anything you find interesting about Uckfield but must recognisably be taken in the town.
The competition opens in January 2016 and the closing date will be the end of August 2016.
