Lisa Todhunter begins work on a new scene for the window of Kilnwood Studio in Uckfield High Street.

The picture emerging is of a woodland scene, more leaves and flowers will appear, and eventually pottery creatures will be displayed, including hedgehogs, squirrels and butterflies.

Over the next few weeks Kilnwood Studio is focussing on Valentine’s Day, hence the heart theme in the window. People are invited to call in to choose and paint a pottery gift for their loved one ready to present on February 14.
