Uckfield Line trains back in action on Friday

Train services are due to resume on the Uckfield Line tomorrow (August 12) morning.

There have been no trains for the last four days because of stike action by conductor-members of the RMT Union.

The strike was suspended on Wednesday but train operator Southern was not able to resume services today (August 11).

The National Rail website journey planner shows service to and from Uckfield on Friday.

Southern has also said on social media this evening that it aims to run services on the Uckfield Line.
