The Paleo Gym – CrossFit Uckfield is on the move to new and bigger premises.
It will still be in the grounds of Crockstead Farm Hotel but in a building four times the size of its current one.
There will be 6,000 sq ft of space with more more than 4,000 of that being gym floor.
The gym is preparing to move on Wednesday, November 1, but will be celebrating with a special open day on Sunday, December 3 – the same date as Crockstead Farm Hotel’s Christmas market.
Krish Stevens who launched the business five years ago says the gym will be open on that day from 11am to 3pm for people to have a look around, chat to coaches and members and see what they do there.
She added: “The new building has Olympic weightlifting platforms, as well as everything you would expect in a fully equipped CrossFit gym.
“We offer adult CrossFit classes, Kids’ Junior Hero Academy Classes for KS1 and KS2 and Teens’ CrossFit Classes for KS3.
“We also offer FitClub Bootcamp classes, Personal Training, Physical Therapy and Olympic Weightlifting Classes.”
The gym has also launched a four-session intro course from 9.30am-11.30am on Saturdays at a cost of £40.
