Success for Debs Dancers at Eastbourne and Tunbridge Wells festivals

Debs Dancers, from Uckfield, were successful in competitions at Eastbourne and Tunbridge Wells during half term.

Some of the results can be seen below:

Mia Azerkane gained 87 marks and third place with her modern solo at Tunbridge Wells on Monday, February 12.

Mia also gained third place with the solo at Eastbourne on Friday, February 16. The dance was choreographed by Laura Farley.

Gracie Hancock gained 87 marks and third place with her modern solo, choreographed by Sophie Huntley, at Eastbourne Festival at Eastbourne on Monday, February 12.

Millie Newman, gained 87 marks and second place with her modern dance solo, choreographed by Laura Farley at Tunbridge Wells on Sunday, February 11.

At Eastbourne on Wednesday, February 14, Millie gained 88 marks and first with the solo.

Tap Quartet, Joy, Gracie, Lucy and Izzy, gained 85 marks and third place at Eastbourne on Sunday, February 11, with their Battle of the Beats dance, choreographed by Sophie Huntley.

At Tunbridge Wells, on Saturday, February 17, Tap Quartet gained 86 marks and first place with the same dance.

The Junior Team gained 89 marks and third place at Tunbridge Wells on the morning of Sunday, February 18, with their dance Spellbound, choreographed by Laura Farley.

At Eastbourne during the evening of the same day the Junior Team came first, in the ten years and under group, with 89 marks. They are pictured with their teacher and choreographer Laura Farley.
