Two more sites at the Ashdown Business Park on the outskirts of Uckfield are close to being sold.
Lawson Commercial has also said that smaller sites are now available at the development, just off the A272 at Maresfield.
The agents report two of the ten sites are sold and two more are in solicitors’ hands.
Ashdown Business Park has planning permission for industrial and office space.
Lawson Commercial partner, Chris Lawson, said: “The marketing is going well with a lot of interest and as the landscaping is coming to completion one can see how really good this new business park is going to look.
“However, a lot of the enquiries are for smaller buildings than currently planned so it has been decided to split Site 9 into two smaller plots with the vendor constructing the service road required to give access to the development’s adopted access road.”
“Site 9.1 comprises a plot of 0.40 acres with planning consent for two buildings, each of just under 4,000 sq ft, of which the production area is just on 2,000 sq ft. This is available for £325,000 + vat and, Mr Lawson, said there was “strong interest”.
Site 9.2 is 0.42 acres and has planning consent for two buildings of just under 3,000 sq ft of which the production area is around 1,500 sq ft. This is available for £335,000 + vat.’
