Second site on Ashdown Business Park sold

A second site on the Ashdown Business Park at Maresfield has been sold.

Site eight has been bought by the Jemtech Pension Fund which is to build a new headquarters building.

Jemtech is an Uckfield company specialising in supplying metal working fluids to precision engineering businesses in the aerospace, Formula 1 and medical industries.

The sale has been handled by Lawson Commercial and company partner Chris Lawson said: “We are delighted that a local company is doing so well and has the confidence to expand to join John Lewis at this new and exciting business park.”

John Lewis is currently building a distribution centre on the Ashdown Business Park which should be ready for occupation by next month.
