Places available in Rennie Dance Academy classes

Places are available in Rennie Dance Academy classes which start again on Monday, September 7, in Uckfield and Newick.

Classes include RAD ballet, ISTD modern, tap, jazz and streetdance for children aged three years upwards and places are still available dependent on age and level.rennie-dance

Staff are highly qualified and teach in fully equipped dance studios at Uckfield Community Technology College and Alder Lake Farm Newick.

The schools most recent success stories include:

Lily-Rose Hope, aged 18, from Harlands successfully auditioning for London Studio Centre and starting her BA Hons degree in Theatre Dance this month

Belle Banwell, 13, from Maresfield, was awarded the dance scholarship to Wellington College and also starts this month.

Felicity Chadwick, 13, from Newick, started at the Young Dancers Academy full-time vocational school in London in January and was recently awarded second prize in their annual choreographic competition. This was held at the Bloomsbury Theatre and judged by Darcey Bussell and Arlene Phillips.

Pas pupil Rebecca Hartley has worked alongside school principal Kirsten Rennie-Carter to gain her RAD CBTS teaching qualifications and has recently accepted a contract dancing for Disneyland in Hong Kong.
