The successful candidate will help ensure the office, at Kingfisher Court on the Bellbrook Estate, runs like clockwork and customers are always happy.
You will particularly focus on claims handling and administration, review and process amendments to motor and personal policies and also investigate, consult on and process claims.
In addition you will identify, analyse and collate data relating to existing customers to generate prospects for general insurance products and potential cross-selling opportunities for risk management services and life sales.
The chances are you will have worked in a similar role so will be no stranger to applying an excellent customer service and a flexible, people-orientated approach to everything you do.
This will assist with maintaining customer relationships, to enhance and protect NFU Mutual’s reputation and brand.

The position is full-time standard office hours, five days a week and you will need a minimum of five GCSEs, or equivalent, at Grade C, including maths and English.
