Launch of show home on luxury development in Uckfield
Visitors enjoyed a taste of luxury when they stepped into a newly launched show home on a private development in Uckfield on Saturday.

Spring Meadow is a short walk from Uckfield High Street but in a cul-de-sac, offering privacy and tranquillity, off Hempstead Lane.
The show home presents a glimpse of a new life-style awaiting owners of the five beautiful homes being built there.
A warm welcome is offered by Pam James who is looking forward to her time showing visitors around.
Light and airy
We step into a spacious hall then wander through light and airy rooms, three reception rooms, five bedrooms, two with en-suite, and a chill-out treat on the third floor where there is a surround-sound media room and across the landing a playroom.
Speakers are built into every room and beside each light switch is a control which connects to an iPod.
As Pam says this home certainly has the wow factor.
She’s particularly impressed by the way the developers take on board customer requests when finishing the dream homes.
There is under-floor heating, a spectacular oak staircase linking three floors and fixtures and fittings worth pausing to admire – from the inlay in doors to designer kitchen, flushing mechanisms on lavatories, balustrade along the terrace and electric garage doors.
Fabulous
The master bedroom is fabulous. Floor to ceiling windows open to give a view over the garden, there’s a walk-in dressing room and spacious ensuite.
Our pictures give an idea of what is on offer but do call in and introduce yourself to Pam or her colleague Jan Artes. Both will be delighted to show you around. They can also be contacted on 01825 768852.
Or, for more information, please call Connells Estate Agents on 01342 325911.
All Spring Meadow homes should be ready for occupation between now and next Spring.
They are being built by Surrey-based Riverdale Developments which concentrates on small private developments in London and the Home Counties.
The company specialises in traditionally built homes finished to the highest standard.
