Wealden Council staff begin move to refurbished HQ at Hailsham
Wealden District Council staff are preparing to move to their refurbished headquarters at Vicarage Lane, in Hailsham.
All departments will be based there in the future. IT servers are already in the building. The IT department was due to move in permanently yesterday to be followed tomorrow by revenue and benefits and the corporate assets section which has been based at Eastbourne.
The corporate assets team from Pine Grove will move on Wednesday, June 27 and everyone else will follow over the course of July with customer services being the last to move on August 3.
The building is due to open to the public on Monday, August 6.
