Uckfield stories of the week

Uckfield stories of the week

It's been a great week for Uckfield, so many spectacular events with the highlights surely being the Big Day Out and the Uckfield Alternative Torch Run involving all the town's schools.

And there's more excitement to come this weekend with the Uckfield Art Trail centred on the Civic Centre and  the incredible Sky Dome due to light up at the Luxford Field tonight.

Then tomorrow there will be a church fun day on the Luxford Field and the chance to be photographed with an Olympic torch carried earlier this week by Uckfield man Ian Noble.

There's much more to read too.

Our stories of the week can be seen by clicking on the headlines below and the links in our left hand navigation panel will take you to more news.

Don't forget to visit our Uckfield Diary Dates page to see what events are coming up in the future and take a look at the Uckfield Directory if you would like to find somebody local to help you with a job.
