Pizza Zone building in Uckfield is on the market

Pizza Zone building in Uckfield is on the market

The former Pizza Zone premises on the corner of Uckfield High Street and Hempstead Road are on the market.

Commercial agent Lawson Commercial says that historically this was a butcher’s shop for many years and the original cold store and butcher’s office remain in the unit.

For the last ten years a takeaway pizza shop has occupied the premises and the building has takeaway planning consent.

There is a three-bedroom maisonette above the shop which is self-contained and currently let at a rent of £650 per calendar month.

A rent of £20,000 a year is being sought for the whole building which means a rent of around £12,000 a year is apportioned to the ground floor which extends back into Hempstead Road.

For full details and to arrange to view call Lawson Commercial on 01825 764488.
