Plans for coach hire business on Uckfield estate are approved

Planning permission has been given for premises on the Bellbrook Industrial Estate, Uckfield, to be used by a coach hire firm.

Baltic Investments applied to modernise accommodation, demolish single-storey buildings at the rear of the site and build new accommodation for vehicle maintenance and space for parking.

The site at 23 Bell Lane has been empty for more than 18 months. It used to be occupied by Gamble Jarvis Plant Hire.

The plans were approved by Wealden Council last month.
