New letting agent opens in Uckfield

A new rental agency that let its first property within days of opening in Uckfield has thanked residents and businesses for their warm welcome.

Lampon Lets, which operates across the first and second floors of Prospect House, 160 High Street, is run by a team with long-standing experience and knowledge of the area’s rental market.

Lucy Lowe, the independent firm’s lettings director, said she was delighted with the response locally.

Positive

She said: “As soon as word got out that we were launching, we received so much positive feedback. Our founder, Robin Lampon, is well known as a property expert, and I have managed lettings agencies in Redhill, Uckfield and Crowborough. Debbie Kraft, our other director, has a background in marketing and estate agency administration.

“We’re all proven local property professionals. I think people in and around Uckfield recognise that and many have already told us they want Lampon Lets to do well.”

The firm – which primarily focuses on an area within a 15-mile radius of the town – markets, lets and manages all kinds of residential property and offers an exclusive range of services to clients.

Safeguards

It holds membership of ARLA Propertymark, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Property Ombudsman Scheme. This qualifies it to offer sound guidance and important safeguards both to landlords and tenants.

“Lampon Lets is all about letting property properly,” said Lucy. “Our commitment to providing top quality service and adhering to stringent codes of practice demonstrates that we work to the highest industry standards.”
