New access opens on to St Michael’s Convent site in Uckfield

A new access has been opened on to the St Michael’s Convent site in Uckfield.

The entrance from High Street, New Town, will serve two houses planned as part of a development between St Philip’s Primary School and Old Timbers Lane. The remaining houses will be served by Old Timbers Lane.

Fourteen homes are to be built in total and the two fronting the road are the larges of them.

Progress on the development can be seen in our pictures.
