More children invited to popular Sunday dance classes

Dance classes being run by Kathleen Cole Contemporary Dance to help families who may be too busy to attend sessions during the week are going well and more children are invited to take part.

The classes have been running for six months on Sundays at Isfield Village Hall and principal Hannah Kathleen Cole says they have proved popular with local families.kc-dance-nov-17

She added: “The feedback from parents has been that the classes are challenging within a relaxed and friendly atmosphere which is exactly what we set out to achieve.

“Children who dance with us settle in quickly and enjoy dancing with their friends. They benefit from a large, light space, high teacher-pupil ratio – two highly qualified and skilled teachers and an amazing teaching assistant who the children adore – and exciting varied lessons.”

Miss Hannah was classically trained with the RAD method. She was also a member of The Young Place, home of London Contemporary Dance School, where she gained a wealth of experience as a performer and choreographer.kc-dance-nov-17-3

Working with Miss Hannah is Miss Jennie, an experienced secondary school teacher and leader in English and the performing arts.
