Look for blue and silver balloons and call in at Spa Therapy

Look for silver and blue balloons and step out of a blustery High Street into a different world – that of Spa Therapy, a day spa that has just opened its doors in Uckfield.

Even with visitors popping in and out at 148a the atmosphere reflects relaxation and comfort with wonderful smells and calming music.

There’s another open day tomorrow if you are unable to visit before 2pm today. And there will be more nibbles and Prosecco for those calling in between 11am and 2pm then.

You will be greeted at a reception desk just inside the door by manager and designer Rebecca Wheele and then invited to head upstairs for Prosecco and to meet owners Sam Hartley and Magda Stone.

Look around treatment and relaxation rooms and then head upstairs again to meet Chinese medicine practitioner and acupuncturist Silyn Jegat … and enjoy some of the nibbles laid out for guests.

If you book a spa package during your visit you will be offered a 25% discount and a goodie bag, and Silyn is offering a 50% for an initial consultation and treatment with him.
