Harlands Primary School in Uckfield is recruiting to fill a number of part-time posts. Roles include caretaker, teaching assistant and lunchtime team member.harlands school ready

The part-time caretaker would have DIY skills and an understanding of health and safety, to take responsibility for the cleanliness, maintenance and security of the school site.

The hours would be at least 20 per week, to be worked weekday mornings, full year. Flexibility will be required during holiday periods.

The teaching assistant would support teaching and learning. Harlands’ teaching assistants work flexibly across the school, however this post will be in Year One in the first instance.

The working pattern will be five mornings each week from 8.45am to midday, term-time only.

The school is also welcoming applications from those who would like to join the lunchtime team on an occasional basis. Additional cover is needed from time-to-time, between midday and 1pm, to supervise pupils in the dining hall and outdoor play areas.
