Isenhurst Health Club has opened a new fitness studio, weights floor and conditioning studio. A new reception, and cafe area, is also open for business.
The new spaces are part of the club’s 5,500 sq ft extension and redevelopment plans which sees it tripling in size.
Other areas still in development are the cardio floor and a dedicated spinning room, as well as changing rooms.
The 15-metre swimming pool, sauna and spa will be in full use throughout the works.
This week sees the introduction of new classes to the Uckfield Club timetable. Non-members will be able to trial these classes for free.
There are daily HIIT classes, Abs Blast on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, Ladies’ Weight Lifting on Wednesday evenings, and a Beginner’s Weight Lifting class on Saturday mornings.
Boxing classes headed-up by renowned boxing trainer Wes Wills start on Monday, September 11. The classes will take place twice a week, and will be free in the first week, with a £2 drop-in charge (members only) after that.
These classes will take place in the new fitness studio at 8am Mondays and Fridays.
