Harlands Primary School seeks new governors

Harlands Primary School, Uckfield, is seeking new governors to join the existing board and be part of the school vision for excellence through learning.harlands school ready

The school was judged as ‘good’ by Ofsted in 2015, and staff, governors, parents and other stakeholder are all committed to its continuing future as a thriving learning community.

Governors have the responsibility and privilege to contribute to the strategic direction of the school and they make a difference to children’s lives by helping to set the vision for how the school will develop for the benefit of all members of its community.

The school says that, as a governor, you will develop new skills valuable for both the school and your other work, and you will be able to transfer your existing skills and expertise and apply them to benefit the dynamic community.
