Good quality paperbacks needed at Uckfield Lions’ bookshop

Good quality paperbacks are needed for sale at the Uckfield Lions’ bookshop in Olives Yard.

Demand has been increasing since the shop opened following a move from Bridge Cottage last year and Lion Graham Russell says donations of all books are urgently needed, especially good quality paperbacks.

The shop also sells jigsaws, DVDs and CDs and is a major source of fund-raising enabling the Lions to support the community, local organisations and needy individuals.

There’s more about the Lions’ commitment to fund-raising in this story: Uckfield Lions need another £15,000 for new community mini bus
